Horrible. Absolutely shocking. Terrible service.

Horrible! Just Horrible! This is the worst service ever. Requested an upgrade from our 20mb line too 100mb (via calling them), 3 weeks ago. It still hasn't happened. Had multiple fights with the service consultants, multiple calls later and still no upgrade. No call backs like they promise. Even the so - called managers not calling back. Now, we are completely left without ANY wifi. This is shocking. Will never recommend. Moving my service provider tomorrow.
