Amazing service upon sign up & a honeymoon stage then ongoing connection issues. No sense of urgency for work from home subscribers ! Tickets logged on app go unattended to. Promises of.call backs. Blames Vuma. Perfectly happy to take your full subscription but only give service for 3 weeks of the month. Absolutely shocking. Do not be fooled with the service you get upon first signing up.
