Fibre line installed almost 3 weeks ago, was promised the router would be shipped in 3 days, to date no shipment has been made, contacted the call centre on 3 seperate occasions, each time the same story - details taken and promised to be contacted, absolutely no one has called me back, tried the online chat 3 times as well, same result. Absolutely ********** service, a simple phone call to client is all that is required. 3 weeks and counting. If you are reading this, then please note this is the service that a customer has received.
