HOPELESS SERVICE!!

Clearly this is the only way to get some traction on wifi issues, I am have been trying for 3 days now to get a resolution but to no avail!! Nobody even answers the phone. I have received their INVOICE FOR PAYMENT but not one single minute of wifi yet!!!! Can someone please do their jobs and fix my wifi!!!!!!
