Hope restored/redeemed

I switched over from my previous ISP to Home-Connect, a consultant at Home-Connect promised to send a technician to connect my x3 router as my situation is not plug and play.

I was pushed from pillar to post for one week without joy until a saviour by name Khulekani Ndlovu intervened to sort out my problem and he worked through Saturday to ensure the problem was resolved.

He guided me over the phone for 6 hours to get reasonable connectivity till Monday when the technician will come. He resolved the problem, the technician came to change a part.

If not for Khule, I would have cancelled my contract with Home-Connect. His customer service is not common to come-by these days.

I am not exaggerating, Khule is a star and a huge asset to any company.
