Honestly, my experience with all the agents wasn't so good for a week or so, until I was called by a lady called Sinaso and she gave me the best service ever. A service that every customer would appreciate and signed their contract for. She is professional, prompt, she follows up and she made sure that she keeps on checking the service provider and myself if my wifi was reconnected. Even after it was, she made a call to check-in it is still active and I'm not off again. If companies hire individuals like her, we wouldn't be changing service providers. If I were to give her a score, I would give her 10/10. Thank you so.much Sinaso and may you keep the good work.
