Homeconnet Refund Request

0 Stars would of been a better option if it was possible. Does Home Connect even exist?

I have been trying to get in contact with this apparent company for more than a week in regards to application. So i paid for a service i did not even receive i sent countless emails of getting my refund just to get a response of its been escalted with no feedback.

Or even worse the support email gets kicked back saying that there inbox is full and can not except any more emails, there call center does not answer and gives one an option for a call back or whatsapp. If you ask for a call back it does not happen I've requested 6 already and received none if you ask for the whatsapp option they just do not respond either, you just get a "thank you for contacting Home Connect."

Home Connect don't give a damn about clients and will not respond to any of your queries they quick with running for a Sale wait until they recieve your money they disappear on you .
