Homeconnect your service sucks

Should be zero star rating option, home connect your call centre agents are a disgrace instead of listening to the customers complaints they sit and laugh in the background until we got cut off after which we already explained there is internet connection but it's slow nothing is connecting.

Besides the point that my mother has been waiting almost 2 years for them to reconnect her Fibre and rooter but nooooo your technicians think it's a good idea to have a electrical wire connect from the outside all exposed to weather and never come back after multiple complaints and photos have been submitted.

In all honesty your service overall sucks !!!!!!
