Extremely pathetic service, my internet has been down for the past 3 weeks, i have sent multiple emails to support till date, no one has contacted me! Or offered assistance. Pathetic service delivery!

Im at work i took time out to answer this call just so the person on the other hand, can have a conversation with someone else? Ugh I am now extremely frustrated!
