HomeConnect poor service delivery

HomeConnect provides a poor service. Their WhatsApp channel is useless. Their staff never know about any outage. They are never able to tell customers what is the problem and when the problem will be resolved. They hide behind the network provider. Their seems to be no interface between Home-Connect and MetroFibre. Typical Africa service.
