Homeconnect Fibre - Poor service and slow speed

Homeconnect is meant to be supplying fibre at 50mbps to my home. Right now I am getting about half that 26.6mbps not consistently. I have complained via the app and two email more than a week ago. So far no response! Folloŵ up email also did nothing.
