Homeconnect employs inefficient staff poor service

Terrible service. Confused employees. They have a WhatsApp line but each time you log into WhatsApp to query progress of your complaint a new person responds and is totally lost and you have to explain all over again same situation. Staff are clueless at times and use the SLA as an excuse to drag the situation. Even the line speeds are not as promised. Fibrestream was excellent but sadly they sold out to the biggest ****** around, MWEB. Don't make a mistake and get tangled with either of the above ISPs
