Home Disconnect worst company to deal with

I had service with Homeconnect for a couple of years.. every month after I made my payment they will disconnect my service. Several times I had to contact Hellopeter for them to reconnect. I got really tired of it all now am trying to get another ISP, they would not release my line so that I can get service . I work from home and have missed out of days of work, this is my livelihood they are messing with. The other good company highly recommended by my friends is unable to activate my service bcoz of Homeconnect. Truly not the best company to do business with.
