Home connet installation failure

I had my installation done on the 11th , but still to this day which is the 22nd of November my ONT power button is till in red , the whole week they said we had a network but on Tuesday on of the agents sent me a text to say it was resolved but still Vumatel has still not come to my place to fix , but i will be debited at the end of the month but I have never had working connection
