Home Connection

Faced with the daunting task of selecting a service provider for newly installed fiber in our area I turned to hellopeter to get some customer insights. Based on the ratings we went with Home-Connect. After substantial delays by MetroFiber in notifying us that the system was live we called Home-Connect the day before the Easter weekend to see how quickly we could get connected. (I had broken my foot and really needed a reliable home connection). Two days later (on Easter Saturday) the router arrived and with some excellent customer service we were connected an hour later. All to often we come to hellopeter after a bad experience with a business. This experience has shown the value of going there before making a decision on who to use.
