Home-Connect... Worst ISP in S.A.

Don't use Home-Connect... We are supposed to have 10+mbps line and for the past month our connection speeds have been slower than dialup used to be. WhatsApp won't even send or receive messages when connected to WiFi. We have tried calling them only to have an engaged tone... no ringing, nothing, not even a response! By far the worst internet provider we have experienced thus far... and that's saying a lot coming from old Telkom. When are we actually going to have service providers that do what they say in this country.
