Home - Connect Worst ISP in existence!
My time with Home - Connect as my Fibre ISP has been **********. I have been paying for a 200Mbs line for 6 months but have never had the speed. I get les than 80Mbs most of the times
Numerous consultants tried to assist but they are nowhere when it comes to connectivity, they just follow scripts. Pathetic
I obviously cancelled my subscription. I did this November.
To this day they still haven't released my line, which means my new service provider can't activate my new line.
For everyone out there, the experience with Home - Connect has bee a nightmare, so STAY FAR AWAY!!!
