Home Connect wifi

Bad customer service they activated the home wifi without them providing me with the router and they charged me from the day of activation but they only gave me router after a week, I have tried several times to fix the problem with them but no one is helping me if I say I need to speak to the manager they say they are on a meeting no body has contacted me since april
