Powered by Vumatel, your service is pathetic!!! I work from home and every ****en month I have to find myself without internet for at least 2 days cause your service keeps going down. Your customer service is just as pathetic because they never have solutions!! It’s always a scripted call where an agent follows a structure that is useless!!

I don’t understand why I should pay full amounts for Wi-Fi that’s always done and still buy data to be able to work!
