Home connect was very quick and thorough with there questions. They did ask more than twice if there was a fiber line install and I respond yes with proof of pictures. After two days they forward me a mail to inform me they going to send team out to come install fiber line. We spoke again after I mail them that there is a line. two days later openserve deliver there box and four days later ISP send router by courier. After conection everything went well and internet up and running
