Home Connect was the 3rd ISP I had approached after shockingly appalling service from two other providers. Their service was commendable - they communicated regularly, responded to messages, actually had direct email options, and got my service up and running with ease. To be honest they were an exception in the ISP field. I sincerely hope things stay this way!
