Home Connect very hard to get help
This people are very hard to get hold of so if you want assistance with anything there's no help. Their wattsapp chat now has been changed to where there's no actual person you can chat to for help but you get some programmed **** that sends you links that takes you nowhere then the app itself cant be used as it says press update to continue using it and it just kicks you out. Sent them email aswel and still no response. Worst ****** choice taking wifi from them seriously

30 Oct 2023, 08:27Agent called me back and we found that their chat in wattsapp and their app needed some work as it was having issues but Mfundo took me through my issue step by step and it was resolved.. Thank you to Mfundo for hes excellent service
