Home-connect, unprofessional wifi service provider

I paid my monthly installment, yet my line was cut without notice nor grace period. I was told that on their side it says reversal how can one reverse EFT transaction I'm very disappointed in the management system of home-connect. I send them several emails that the bank is still investigating the matter to this day no reply. ***
