HOME CONNECT TWO FACED

Home-Connect is a ISP for internet networks. Home Connect say that they will give you 30 days to cancel your fiber, but then comes with an enormous disconnection "penalty". For me it was over R3100 after 6 months as their fiber is extremely expensive and I wanted to cancel for a cheaper ISP. However, this then resulted in my line being disconnected, for when my line was transferred from one house to the new house, they billed me for the one month and it was not paid. However, as I reconnected with them they waited till 5 months down the line and THEN demanded payment - but there was no usage. I then cancelled my line with them but they then put a two months cancellation to my account. They are now holding my line from being placed into the "holding pool" for me to reconnect with the new supplier. They have not communicated with me again after a request to release the line. They are taking the public for a ride with sweet cancellation periods and then when they have you, they are demons!
