Home-Connect to the rescue (Tech-5 kidnapped me)

My WIFI contract was sold to another I.S.P without any notification, there were changes to the payment plan, which caused a suspension to my account. The new I.S.P was so rude, unprofessional and *********, whom also demanded a large sum of cash that needed to be paid before I could cancel and move over.

Robyn Le Roux from Home-Connect handled my case exceptionally well, she assured me that it was not proper business conduct and she will try her best to assist me as these people have did same to a number of other customers as well. She had went out of her way to update me so often and eventually did get my case resolved.

I wish the world had more Robyn Le Roux's around! :-)
