Home-Connect, the worse ISP ever, Horrible does not even begin to explain how bad they are

In my entire life i have never experienced such horrible service like i have with Home Connect, they promised that they will email my Tax invoices and all i have to do is to send them an email, so lately when i send requests for Tax invoices to Innocent Singo he ignores my emails and i need those invoices to send to my employer or else i will be jobless, to anyone who is thinking of joining Home Connect my advice will be... "join at your own risk" but rest assured you will experience horrible service.
