Home-Connect - The customer comes first

We are moving from from one ISP with LTE to Home-Connect Fibre. Their customer service is excellent. Interaction with their call centre is above the norm and updates via their customer portal is also very good. Our ONT was installed yesterday and we hope to receive our Fibre router on Monday, 01 March 2021. On top of this we qualified for their promotion ending end February for 3 months FREE Fibre! Brilliant.

They assisted us where no other ISP could get their processes going during the pre-order phase for our area.
