Home Connect terrible service

Worst service I have encountered, internet has been off for a week and there is no urgency in resolving it. The WhatsApp number is useless, the email support line only gets an automated message that you will be contacted by a technician, which never happens. Calling direct doesn’t get you any assistance either, you are greeted by an automated message saying we are experiencing high call volumes with an option for someone to call you back, and yes you guessed it. I’m still waiting for the call. Absolutely shocking service. The invoice is always on time though.
