Home - Connect Terrible service

My experience with Home-Connect has been absolutely shocking. I have been trying to sort out my VOIP line for over a week now with no joy. We were not able to receive calls so reported the fault. The technician was unable to rectify the problem, but actually made it worse as we now cannot make or receive calls. Every staff member we spoke to never bothered to return our calls or followed up. Even after calling to escalate the problem no one bothered. Obviously business must be so good that they have a don't care attitude. I will be cancelling my service.
