Home - connect terrible connection

Currently have zoom fibre with home-connect , I have been having issues with connection for the past 4 months now. The is no constant connection as all. Logged about 10 tickets but still the issue hasn’t been resolved and they don’t even have a technician to come out and check the problem. Absolutely frustrating!
