Home-Connect Support service

Initial application and setup was fast and efficient. I experienced a few issues afterwards. Their whatsapp support chat is very slow in responding, if they do. The person that assisted cut me off with out resolving the problem when business hours ended. Their ticket system is useless. I've logged a ticket a month ago and no response was received. No call, email or any feedback on the ticket itself. I had to phone to resolve the issue. Again my service is down, again I have to phone after them to resolve the issue.
