Home-Connect shocking client service

After hundreds of messages calls and emails they refuse to answer or action my refund. Despite several attempts in requesting refund on an amount debited twice I keep getting the same ******* responses if not ignored first numerous times when asking for help. Disgusting and unprofessional. Think twice before connecting with this company.
