Home Connect service is non existent

I am so sick and tired of explaining the problem so I am simply going to say that the service from Home Connnect is non existent. After 4 days of no internet connectivity and 5 support tickets logged I still do not have any feedback from Home Connect. They do not seem to care at all about their customers. So think carefully before you sign up with Home Connect.
