Home-connect service

My contracted ended on the 01 September 2024 with home connect. How ever they keep debating my account

On the 26 September I spoke to Phindile and she told me that they debiting me for the rooter I asked her to arrange for them to come and collect it. She sent me an email as confirmation that she will arrange for them to collet it. Even today the rooter hasn't been collected and they still debeting my account and now they say am owing them money.
