Home-connect portal and Whatsapp app not good at all
The business support system using an email or Whatsapp agent does not work at all and frustrating. The ticket is issued for more than 18 hours and trust me you will not get any feedback. It happened to me more. Every time you need support you have to call and use your airtime. This is frustrating,
