Home-Connect Poral

My internet is amazing. However, trying to log into their portal is near impossible.

I need to update my banking details - The page just never loads. Same on my app. Just shows loading and loading.

This has happened EVERY time I have tried to get onto their portal. I end up giving up and messaging via whatsapp - which usually takes at least an hour to get a reply from.
