Home connect Pathetic services

I have been with home conect for a number of years I do have 2 properties with home connect the problem i have with this company is that the business ethics are pathetic my reason are 1. Their management sits in meetings all day and have no concern of customer or even return a customer call 2. They sell you services and don't uphold their agreement 3. They don't resolve compliant but create excuses. 4. Their timeline in having custom compliants resolved is pathetic they promise 24 hours but it goes on to weeks then months You pay for the services but you don't get what you pay for. The director of home connect i hope that you are aware your managers and team leader sit in meetings for the entire day and give a damn about the clients..... they forget with us the clients where do their salaries come from...... or is it like the old saying goes if the head of the company is *******ed what would you expect from the tail

Very disappointed with level of service and extremely disappointed by the mentality of the management from home connect.... I do have call recording and ref numbers for all communications made to home connect and I did mention on every call that calls are record and will be taking this to hello Peter and the ombudsman... it's sad how when they call you and promise you the world on end but can **** you out of your monies for unprofessional services. Yet 1 debit order missed your services are cuts off what about monies lost by your pathetic services who replaces that... and I do hope the the directors ceos read this you have a irresponsible unreliable management level personal within your company
