Home Connect, or rather Home-Disconnect

What a bad start to using a new ISP! Before I signed up with Home-Disconnect I took every step to ensure continuity of service between cancelling my old service and getting new. I only agreed to transfer on the basis it was proactive. I checked a few times with sales person Henry. Now the old service is disconnected and support says they have not created my profile for the new service and won't be in until Monday morning. He says if they had created a profile for me, he could have given it to me and I could be up and running, but they neglected to do that.

I'm basically stuck without a connection for 24 hours, maybe longer
