We been reporting since Tuesday that our internet off telling them where the problem is. The guys came out today only and told us there nothing they can do because the problem is where we told them it was on the outside. They told us they will send someone to fix it today now the are saying a ticket been logged We need yo wait 45-72 hours before they will assist with the ticked.

I work on the internet. No We need to buy additional data that a big unexpected expens. We asked will be create for the days we are waiting g for a fault to be fix that was cost be the people working on the fiber line. All we get is Sorry we can follow up but that all wait out the period and see.
