HOME CONNECT NO SERVICE

Internet is down going for four days. They only contact me when I am at work and then ask me what lights are on on the router. How the hell should I know I am NOT at home, I am at WORK! Then they tell me they will contact me when I am at home after five. THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU EVER WHEN YOU ARE AT HOME AFTER FIVE. I will not recommend them as an internet service provider at all. They are sloppy and leave their customers hanging. Do not go with Home Connect.
