Home Connect No longer offers after hours tech support after 4pm
Home Connect used to offer after-hours technical Support
Apparently it's an additional service with a fee attached. If you need wifi working and access to tech support after 4 pm and before 8 am, stay away from Home connect.

This is my ticket number. The date and time is 9 dec 2025. Time is 8pm if my service is not returned by 9am tomorrow morning please note I will be canceling my serivce with Home Connect.
