Pathetic service. Paying for a 200x200 symmetrical connection on a dedicated line, uncapped, unshaped. Getting 5Mb/a when I am lucky. Wifi up and down constantly needing rest. Call their helpline every other day, tried everything, being nice, being nasty, threatening, you name it. Logged issues on their App. Simply no jou and the ****piest internet connection in years. Old 54k routers on a landline performed better. Please boycott these ***********, overextended, dishonest *****s.
