Home Connect - no connect!
We’ve requested a service transfer from WebAfrica to Homeconnect and was supposed to be activated on the 1st of April. This is a bad start...we’ve now been without internet thanks to no service from them. Cannot seem to get hold of anyone since yesterday. Payments already gone through. Also the facebook page has two followers and nobody responds on there either. . Please beware....cheaper isn’t necessarily better. It can end up being a nightmare Lets hope they respond Iser ID foud009

Within one day, she sorted this out on her side and even got Frogfoot to do their part. Thank you Lerato Mogano, Home Connect is lucky to have you. And all the rest who supported us with this issue. MYnank you Home Connect, I am pleasantly surprised.
