Kiara Govender - Thank you!!!

The 5th time I was calling Home-Connect with a simple request "please activate my services". My previous service provider had released my line on the 31/08/2021 and all the information required to click a button had been submitted to Home-Connect.

And I don't see this as a difficult thing to do. Failed by all that I spoke to before Kiara Govender.

Then comes Kiara Govender, 1. Knowledgeable, 2. Well poised and very friendly. Solved my problem in under 5 minutes. Thank you Kiara Govender, you know what you are doing and thank God, otherwise I would have waited for 2 more days trying to do an activation.

Please keep serving the customers as well as you do and I think that soon Home Connect will elevate you to a manager of others. And I trust that you will train the rest to empower themselves so that they can better serve customers. Well done.
