Home-connect is useless

I have been calling home connect since the 25th of November 2022 requesting an insallation, no one from home connect have been updating me, i have been making follow ups everyday in the last week and every time I called I have been told that a new order needs to be placed. My last call was today 05 December 2022 and I was told by Phumla that a new order needed to be placed again, last week on the 29th of November I spoke to Nkosikhona who told me that a new order had been placed. This information is confusing since these people are contradicting themselves. I can see from all the engagement that I am actually wasting my time and airtime with Home connect and that they do not want my business anymore. In the last week I have spoken to approximately 5 people, none of them have been helpful.
