Home-Connect is the worst ISP ever!

Every interaction is horrible! Service is the worst I've ever had! My internet has been troubling for many months and they pushed for me to get a new modem, which i had to upgrade for, or else pay 1k. now that I've upgraded, i don't even get the speeds I'm paying for. They refused to fix the billing. Managers and Supervisors are never available to speak to. And if you on the line at 17:00 when they close then they just drop your call because they closed. I'm still not getting the line speed I'm paying for!!! no one has called me back from 2 days ago.
