Home-Connect is the pits

I need a refund 12 days of no connection, then today you finally connect me and the speed is like 0.5mbps and I paid for a 50mbps line. My gosh your service is the pits, bottom of the barrel. If there was something after a ba*****t you would fall there. I’m beyond ****ed off
