Home Connect is *******

******* business.....they have debited my account for services they didn't even offer......I'm still waiting for my router/ home installation yet i have received an invoice.....there customer service is ******* as no one really knows anything....keep on saying they will get back to me........what they did is theft as they are a month to month business.......i have not even been connected and how are they taking money.......its ******* i tell you
