Home connect is pathetic

Been 3 days ,they did installation and then can't activate service . Zoom Fibre and home connect can't find the problem and keep saying I must wait because they waiting feedback from each other.when I want to speak to a manager, they always in a meeting and unavailable. Please do not sign up with this company ,they are absolutely pathetic in their service. Finally got ahold of a manager and they don't know what the problem is and can't establish when they will resolve it.
