Home-connect is not the one!

My internet has been down for 10 days now at no fault of my own. Home-connect initially kept referencing the fact that they had an SLA with the VumaTel to deal with my matter within 48hrs. I’ve been e-mailing and calling Home-connect for 10days now and everyday they claim someone is coming but still nothing. They’ve even **** to me and said someone was on site. All they are doing now is transferring me from department to department and consultant to consultant. When the issue started they would give me calls in the morning to apparently update me with the status of my issue, it was all a lie and they’ve even stopped calling. Today was the worst day, after calling me and saying the technician was on the way they are now dropping my calls.
